The City Government Of Palayan, Through The General Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of (php5,460,946.09) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Proposed Construction Of Main Building For Pcit Agri Farm @ Brgy. Singalat. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Opening. 2. The City Government Of Palayan Now Invites Bids For Proposed Construction Of Main Building For Pcit Agri Farm @ Brgy. Singalat. Completion Of The Project Is Required As Provided In The Specials Conditions Of Contract And The Technical Specifications As Provided In The Bid Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
