Requirement The Excess Soil Management Branch Of The City Of Ottawa, Hereinafter Referred To As The City, Is Seeking Bids From Qualified Vendors To Provide All Labour, Equipment, And Materials To Manage The City’s Excess Soil Management (esm) Yard, Located At 48 Antares Drive, In Accordance With The Specifications, Terms And Conditions, (the “work”). Various City Capital Projects And Maintenance Operations Generate Excess Soils Every Year. A Portion Of This Soil Is Imported To The Esm Yard At 48 Antares For Storage, Characterization, And Future Export To A Final Receiver Site. The Successful Bidder Will Assist In This Endeavour By Providing Operational Support Receiving Trucks From Various City Projects, Organizing The Imported Materials By City Project, And Loading Trucks For Export When Required.
