The City Government Of Olongapo, Through The Local Fund Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Framework Agreement For The Supply And Delivery Of Motor Vehicle Batteries Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (p/809,700.00). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Olongapo Now Invites Bids For Framework Agreement For The Supply And Delivery Of Motor Vehicle Batteries. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Specified Delivery Time Stated In The Scope Of Work/call-off. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
