The City Of Nanaimo Requests Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Contractors (the “proponent”) To Perform Preventative Maintenance And Repairs On Various Types Of Fitness Equipment Located Within Our Recreational Facilities And Fire Halls. Fitness Equipment Under Warranty Is Excluded. Further Details Are Provided In Section 4.0 Scope Of Services, Attachment 1 Beban Park Recreation Centre Weight Room Fitness Equipment And Attachment 2 Nanaimo Aquatic Centre Weight Room Fitness Equipment. If Awarded, The Term Of The Agreement Will Be For One (1) Year Commencing On December 15, 2024 To December 14, 2025, With Four 1-year Optional Extensions. This Request For Proposal Is Subject To The New West Partnership Trade Agreement, The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (chapter 5), And The Canada-european Union Comprehensive Economic And Trade Agreement (chapter 19).
