Description 2. The City Government Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Hereby Invites All Interested Philgeps Registered Contractors, And Bidders To Submit Proposals And Bids For The Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty (50%) Of The Abc. However, In The Case Of Expendables Supplies, Said Slcc Must Be At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
