Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply & Delivery Of Liquid Oxygen/co2, Ospital Ng Muntinlupa (2024) 1. The City Government Of Muntinlupa, Through Its Duly Approved 2024 Executive Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Four Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (p12,401,400.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Liquid Oxygen/co2, Ospital Ng Muntinlupa (2024)/100-2401-00009. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Muntinlupa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Schedule Of Delivery Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
