Without Limiting The Project Scope, Which Is Described In Detail In The Contract Documents, The Work Involves The Supply And Installation Of All Components Necessary To: Replace Seven (7) Gas Fired Hvac Rooftop, Work Includes: Ductwork And Supports Modifications To Accommodate New Units. System Balancing. Integration Into Building Bas System For All New Units. Replace Of Eight (8) Rooftop Exhaust Fans. Remove And Replace Gas Fired Hot Water Heater In The Main Building Compressor Room. Replace Hydraulic Handicap Lift In The Main Building Renovation Work At The Main Entrance And Path To The Elevator, Which Include: Replacement Of Exterior And Vestibule Storefront Doors, Hardware And Controls. Widening Of Hallway Door To Elevator. Construction Of Concrete Ramp To Elevator Door, With Handrail And Rubber Base. Interior Modifications As Required To Accommodate Renovation. Full Replacement Of Three (3) Roof Areas (b1, B2, A2) Mod-bitumen Membrane, Roof Drains, Rtu Curbs And More, As Listed In Drawings. Comprehensive Repairs To Entire Exterior Insulation Finishing System (eifs) And Stucco On Exterior Walls. Exterior Sealant Replacements In Selected Area Of The Exterior Walls And Windows. Repair Deteriorated Concrete Masonry Units In The Wash Bay. The Property Will Be Occupied And Will Continue To Its Normal Operations During The Completion Of The Above Listed Work. The General Contractor Shall Consider Work After Hours And During The Weekend For The Work Required In The Office Areas.
