Tenders are invited for North santa rosa regional water reclamation facility (new plant) Phase 1 – Construction of a 2.0 MGD Biological Nutrient Removal Plant including rerouting of collection system to plant site, construction of a master lift station, screening and grit removal, equalization basin, Aeromod Biological Nutrient Removal and clarification, filtration, chlorination, pumping system, yard piping, stormwater, and all ancillary equipment necessary for a complete and operational facility. Phase 2 – Construction of approximately 37,800 Lf of 16 C-900 PVC Effluent Pipeline, 7,260 LF in directional drills, and the installation of valves, fittings, and other accessory material for a complete, and ready to place in service pipeline project. The work also consists of the construction of rapid infiltration basins at the terminus of the effluent pipeline. Phase 3 – Construction of approximately 16,000 LF of 12 C-900 PVC Forcemain from East Gate Road to the receiving manhole of the new 2.0 MGD Biological Nutrient Removal Plant and the installation of valves, fittings, and other accessory material for a complete and ready to place in service pipeline project. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference followed by a mandatory site visit will be held at 9:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the City of Milton, City Hall, 6738 Dixon Street, Milton, Florida 32570.
