Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-12-213 Procurement Of Various Diploma/certificates And Envelopes For Graduation Related Activities 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The Special Educational Fund (sef) - Office Supplies Expenses Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Six Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos And 75/100 (php3,678,828.75) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various Diploma/certificates And Envelopes For Graduation Related Activities/ Itb No. 2024-12-213. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Division Of City Schools. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By Forty Five (45) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc).
