Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-07-103 Procurement Of Various I.t. Equipment 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through Capital Outlay – Information & Communication Technology Equipment Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php1,431,400.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various It Equipment / Itb No. 2024-07-103. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Manila City Library. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From City Government Of Manila And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On July 3 – 23, 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Fee In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00) For The Above Stated Project.
