Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-11-204 Procurement Of Various Pdea Dangerous/regulated Drugs For The Six (6) City Hospitals For The Period January To December 31, 2025 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through Drugs And Medicines Expenses And Community Development Fund Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty One Million Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Thirty Two Pesos (php21,211,032.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various Pdea Dangerous/regulated Drugs For The Six (6) City Hospitals For The Period January To December 31, 2025 / Itb No. 2024-11-204. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For The Ospital Ng Maynila Medical Center, Gat. Andres Bonifacio Medical Center, Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital, Sta Ana Hospital, Ospital Ng Sampaloc And Ospital Ng Tondo, Delivery Of Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Per Quarter Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4.
