Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-01-08 Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Deployment For The Universidad De Manila For The Period March To December 31, 2024 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The General Fund Cy 2024 - Janitorial Services Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Three Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One Pesos And 69/100 Only (php6,306,821.69) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Deployment For The Universidad De Manila For The Period March To December 31, 2024 / Itb No. 2024-01-08. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Universidad De Manila. Delivery Of Services Is Required By Ten (10) Months Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contracts Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 4.
