Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-11-172 Garbage Collection And Disposal Services For The Six (6) Districts Of Manila For The Period January 1 To December 31, 2025 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The Environment/sanitary Services – Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Forty Two Million Seven Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos (php842,717,768.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Garbage Collection And Disposal Services For The Six (6) Districts Of Manila For The Period January 1 To December 31, 2025/ Itb No. 2024-11-172. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Garbage Collection And Disposal Services For The Six (6) Districts Of Manila For The Period January 1 To December 31, 2025 Are Grouped In Lots Listed Below. Bidders Shall Have The Option Of Submitting Proposal On Any Or All Lots And Evaluation And Contract Award Will Be Undertaken On Per Lot Basis. Lots Shall Not Be Divided Further Into Sub-lots For The Purpose Of Bidding, Evaluation, And Contract Award. Lot A: Garbage Collection And Disposal Services For District I, Iii, V Of Manila For The Period January 1 To December 31, 2025 – Php421.358.884.00 Lot B: Garbage Collection And Disposal Services For District Ii, Iv, Vi Of Manila For The Period January 1 To December 31, 2025 – Php421.358.884.00 Total – Php842,717,768.00 3. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Department Of Public Services. Delivery Of Services Is Required By One (1) Year Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To R.a. 5183. 5.
