Description City Government Of Manila Invitation To Bid No. 2024-11-189 Comprehensive Maintenance Services Including Repair Of Elevators For The Period January To December 31, 2025 1. The City Government Of Manila, Through The General Fund Cy 2025 – Repairs & Maintenance- Machinery & Equipment And Philhealth Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (php7,222,800.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Comprehensive Maintenance Services Including Repair Of Elevators For The Period January To December 31, 2025 / Itb No. 2024-11-189. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Manila Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project For Department Of Engineering And Public Works, Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital, Gat. Andres Bonifacio Medical Center And Ospital Ng Tondo. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By One (1) Year Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc).
