Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply, Delivery, Installation & Configuration Of Software Defined Unified System For Storage, Compute, & Networking Virtualization With Advance Management System (pr-2024-1011-00011) 1. The City Government Of Mandaue, Through The General Fund – Annual Budget Of 2024 9999 10705030 Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixteen Million Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Three Hundred Pesos Only (php16,277,300.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery, Installation & Configuration Of Software Defined Unified System For Storage, Compute & Networking Virtualization With Advance Management System (pr-2024-1011-00011). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Mandaue Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
