Description City Of Lipa Invitation To Bid Improvement Of Drainage System At Brgy. Quezon, Lipa City Project Identification Number-2024-12-2059 1. The City Government Of Lipa, Through Cy 2025 Annual Appropriation- 5% Ldrrm Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (p700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Drainage System At Brgy. Quezon, Lipa City, With Project Identification Number-2024-12-2059. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Lipa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty Days (120) Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
