Description City Of Lipa Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Learning Materials (books) To Be Used At Early Childhood Care And Development Program (eccd) Program Project Identification Number-2023-11-1068 1. The City Government Of Lipa, Through The Special Education Fund (sef) -local School Board Resolution No. 03-2023 (supplemental Budget No. 03-2023) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (p9,750,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Learning Materials (books) To Be Used At Early Childhood Care And Development Program (eccd) Program, With Project Identification Number-2023-11-1068. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Lipa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods And Services Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed . Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
