Description City Of Lipa Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines For Use At City Hospital System Office (system 1 And 2) Under 20% Development Fund Project Identification Number-2024-12-1129 1. The City Government Of Lipa, Through The Cy 2025 Annual Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Six Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-four Pesos And 32/1200 (p10,663,594.32) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines For Use At City Hospital System Office (system 1 And 2) Under 20% Development Fund, With Project Identification Number-2024-12-1129. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Lipa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods And Services Is Required Sixty (60) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
