The City Government Of Lipa Now Requests For Price Quotation For The Following Project : Name Of Project : Supply And Delivery Of Printed Forms For The Use Of The Office Of The City Civil Registrar Approved Budget For The Contract : ₱60,100.00 Source Of Fund : Cy 2024 Appropriation The City Government Of Lipa Now Calls Interested Suppliers/service Providers For The Submission Of Their Quotation On Or Before November 25, 2024, 8:00 Am. The Supplier With The Lowest Calculated Quotation Shall Submit Certified True Copies Of The Following Documents Before The Approval Of The Contract: A. Philgeps Registration B. Valid Mayor’s / Business Permit C. Annual Income/ Business Tax Return (for Abcs Above P500k) D. Omnibus Sworn Statement (for Abcs Above P500k) E. Price Quotation All Particulars And Provisions Shall Be Governed By Ra 9184, And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations. The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Of The City Of Lipa Also Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, To Waive Any Defect Found Therein To Annul The Bidding Process, And To Reject All Bids Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders And To Accept The Bid Most Advantageous To The City Government.
