The City Government Of Lipa, Through Supplemental Budget 2024-06 (sp Ordinance No. 2024-14) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p14,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Third Floor Of The Two (2) Storey School Building At Kolehiyo Ng Lungsod Ng Lipa At Kll Compound, Brgy. Marawoy, Lipa City , With Project Identification Number-2024-12-2043. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Lipa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Ten Days (210) Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
