The City Government Of Legazpi, Through The General Fund Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (p1,920,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Medical Equipment For Legazpi City Hospital Use. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Legazpi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Goods Are To Be Delivered Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidder Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
