Description Republic Of The Philippines Bids And Awards Committee City Of Laoag November 19, 2024 Invitation To Offer To Operate Carnival And Baratillo The City Government Of Laoag Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Interested Operators To Submit Bid Documents For The Following: Operation Of Pamulinawen Carnival And Baratillo 2025 Located At The River Bank, East And Below Of Gilbert Bridge Only Licensed Operators Will Be Accepted, Eligibility Requirements Will Be Available For Issuance To Operators On November 20-26, 2024 At The Bac Secretariat, Upon Presentation Of A Copy Of This Publication/advertising And Payment Of Five Hundred Pesos (p 500.00) Per Set, Non-refundable To Cover Printing Cost. Closing Date For Submission Of The Duly Accomplished Eligibility And Bid Proposal Document Shall Be On November 29, 2024 At 2:00pm At The Bac Secretariat, Laoag City. Submission Of Letter Of Intent Will Be Addressed To The Bac Chairman. Notices Shall Be Issued To Participating Operators. Bidding Activities Are As Follows: Issuance Of Eligibility Requirements/ Bid Documents ------------------- November 20-26, 2022 (except Saturday & Sunday) Deadline Of Submission And Opening Of Bids ----- November 29, 2024 At 2:00pm Duration Of Operation -------------------------------january 15, 2025 To March 5, 2025 The Opening Of Proposals Shall Be Held At The Conference Room, City Hall Extension, Laoag City. Complete Set Of Bid / Tender Documents Will Be Furnished To The Interested Eligible Operators At The Bac Secretariat, City Budget Office, Laoag City Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Fee Of Ten Thousand Pesos (p10,000.00) Per Set At The Office Of The Treasurer, Laoag City. The Minimum Bid Price Is Set At Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (p2,200,000.00). Exclusive Of Amusement Tax Payment (for The Carnival) And Business Tax (for Baratillo). The City Government Of Laoag Reserves The Right To Act And To Waive Minor Informality In The Bids, Waive Any Required Formality In The Bids Received And Disregard Any Bid Which Is Obviously Unbalanced Particularly In The Major Items. The Right Is Also Reserved To Reject The Bid Of Any Bidder Who Has Previously Failed To Satisfactorily Perform Or Complete Any Project And Who Was Eligible On The Basis Of Suppressed Or False Information. The City Government Of Laoag Neither Assumes Any Obligation Whatsoever To Compensate Or Indemnify The Bidders For Any Expense Or Loss That May Be Incurred In The Preparation Of Their Bids, Nor Does It Guarantee That An Award Will Be Made.
