Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The City Government Of La Carlota Now Invites Bids For Purchase Of Instructional Materials Books For The Use Of Dep-ed Of La Carlota City. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be 10 Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
