Description Procurement Of Food For Various Events, Meetings, Activities And Other Support Services For The Period January-december 2025 (bid No. 0696) 1. The City Of Iloilo, Through The General Fund Cy 2025 Intendsto Apply The Sum Of Five Million Nine-hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (₱5,940,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Food For Various Events, Meetings, Activities And Other Support Services For The Period January-december 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected Atbid Opening. 2. The City Of Iloilo Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within January To December 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
