Terms And Conditions: A. Place, Date And Time Of Delivery - During The Effectivity Of The Contract And When The Need Arises, The Provision Of The Required Goods And Services Shall Be In Accordance With The Place, Date And Time To Be Provided By The End-user Through A Written Notice. The Same Shall Likewise Be Coordinated With The Iloilo City Government – General Services Office And Shall Be Subject Of The Latter’s Inspection. B. Quantity: - The Quantity To Be Prepared And Delivered Shall Be As That Specified In The Purchase Order / Contract. - If Necessary, The Supplier / Service Provider Must Be Able To Serve Additional Orders, Not To Exceed 10% Of The Total Contract Cost. C. Contract Duration: - The Contract Shall Be Effective Upon Signing Thereof By The Winning Supplier And Head Of The Procuring Entity Of The Iloilo City Government The Same Remain To Be Valid For All The Procured Quantities Which Have Been Consumed Or Availed Of. D.
