Buenavista, Guihulngan City Project Duration : 90 Calendar Days Abc : 1,700,000.00 Source Of Fund : 20% Df Continuing Appropriation 2024 Location Of The Project : Sitio Malabuyokon, Brgy. Buenavista, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental Prospective Bidder Should Possess A Valid Pcab License And Must Have The Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Five (5) Years Or Have Completed A Similar Project At Least 50% Of The Abc Of The Project. Must Also Have An Experience Of Having Satisfactorily Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Project To Be Bid, And Whose Value/ Amount Is Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Nso Consumer Price Indices Available At The Philgeps Website; And Have Key Personnel And Equipment Available For The Execution Of The Contract. The Bac Will Use Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Revised Irr Of Ra 9184 In The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids. The Bac Will Conduct Post-qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid. Subcontracting Will Not Be Allowed.
