No.: Np2024 – 006 After Two (2) Failed Public Biddings Conducted For The Project And As Authorized By The Head Of Procuring Entity Per Bac Resolution No. 285 Dated August 29, 2024, Invoking Section 53.1 Two Failed Biddings Of The Revised Irr Of Ra 9184 (government Procurement Act), The Local Government Unit Of City Of Guihulngan, Intends To Negotiate The Contract For “purchase Of Medical Supplies And Laboratory Instrument” For The Total Sum Of Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱632,700.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of The City Of Guihulngan Now Invites Offers/ Proposals For The Said Project. Project Duration Is 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorship, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183.
