Support To The Implementation Or Ra 970 Magna Carta For Women That Includes Consultation/summit/capacity Building/bench Marking/skills Training Activities. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Cotabato, Now Invites Bids For Catering Services.
