The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 73,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Conduct Of Consultation Dialogue With Partners And Stakeholders. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
