The City Government Of Cotabato, Through Ordinance No. 5156 S. 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Million Pesos (₱ 140,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Whole Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2 The City Government Of Cotabato, Now Invites Bids To Supply And Delivery. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii.
