The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 300,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. Screening Of Pregnant Mothers For Diseases And Infection. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
