The City Government Of Cotabato, Through General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (php 725,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract. For Early Monitoring System For Hazards And Weather Updates And Actual Monitoring. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.
