The Corporation Of The City Of Cornwall Requires The Purchase Of Various Medical Supplies For Cornwall Sd&g Paramedic Services As Per The Included Nine Schedules For A Two-year Period Commencing October 1, 2024 To September 30, 2026, With The Option Of A Third Year. Prices Quoted Shall Include All Labour, Material, Shipping And Handling, Surcharges (fuel Or Other), Environmental Charges And All Other Costs Associated With Providing The Products Included In This Tender; At No Extra Charge. All Prices Are To Be Based On Unit Pricing And Must Not Be Contingent Upon A Minimum Order Quantity.  The Corporation Will Also Accept Submissions By Email (purchasing@cornwall.ca). Suppliers Must Include With Their Bid Submission Electronically Completed Pricing Schedules Submitted In Excel Format. Pricing Schedules Are Found On Pages 21-40 As Well As Being Available For Download At Www.cornwall.bidsandtenders.com.
