The Corporation Invites Proposals From Qualified Consulting Transportation Engineering Firms To Provide Transportation And Traffic Engineering Services For The City Of Cornwall On An As-needed Basis, For Various Operational Works, Capital Projects And Development Application Reviews. The Scope Of Work To Be Completed By The Proponent Shall Include, But Not Be Limited Producing Or Reviewing Technical Reports For The City’s Transportation Network And Programs, Including Traffic Signals, Street Signs, Pavement Markings, Traffic Monitoring, Street Lighting, Bicycle And Pedestrian Facilities, Among Others. it Further Includes Reviewing Development Applications From A Transportation Perspective, For Developments Such As Subdivisions, Site Plans, And Committee Of Adjustment Applications.  As Well As The Completion Of Both Preliminary And Detailed Design Services, The Preparation Of Specifications, The Completion Of Pre-design Site Inspections, Construction Field Reviews, The Preparation Of Detailed Cost Estimates, The Completion Of Equipment Condition Assessments, Peer Reviews, Shop Drawing Reviews, Etc., For Transportation Projects As Well As The Transportation Maintenance Programs.
