The City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela, Through The Lbp Loan Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Forty Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos And Fifty Nine Centavos (php1,644,488.59), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Road Concreting With 12” Ø Rc Pipe Cross Drainage, Wing And Head Wall 6” Chb With Catch Basin At Lucas Subdivision, Barangay San Fermin (isu Tower), Cauayan City, Isabela. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy Five (75) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
