The City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela, Through The Lbp Loan Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos And Eighteen Centavos (php4,611,338.18), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Road Construction And Road Concreting With Box Culvert At Purok 7, Barangay District 1, Cauayan City, Isabela. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Cauayan, Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty (150) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
