Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During The Opening Of Bids 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Contractors With Pcab License And Registration Appropriate To The Project Cost To Bid For The Establishment Of Active Transport Network: Protected Bicycle Lanes And Pedestrian Walkway On C3 Road And Protected Bicycle Lanes On 7th Avenue, 8th Street, 9 Street, 10th Avenue, Rizal Avenue Extension-monumento Circle, And A. Mabini Street-mh Pilar Street, Caloocan City. Completion Of Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
