Description 15 July 2024 Invitation To Bid For The Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Furnitures, Fixture, Other Supplies And Materials For Various Offices Of The City Government Of Caloocan 1. The City Of Caloocan, Through The 2024 Supplemental Budget No. 13 And General Fund Of The 2024 Annual Executive Budget Approved Under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1088 S. 2024 And 1055 S. 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Five Pesos (₱3,768,255.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Furnitures, Fixture, Other Supplies And Materials For Various Offices Of The City Government Of Caloocan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During The Opening Of Bids. 2. The City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For The Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Furnitures, Fixture, Other Supplies And Materials For Various Offices Of The City Government Of Caloocan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Forty Five (45) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
