Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines 1. The Sk 171 Of City Of Caloocan, Through The Sk Annual Budget 2024 Approved Under Barangay Ordinance No.001 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (p800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines For Cy 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Sk 171 Of City Of Caloocan Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
