Description 1. The City Government Of Calbayog, Through The Budget Approved By Sanggunian, Cy 2025, Gfab, Ldrrmf Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million Two Hundred Fifty-four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-three Pesos And 55/100 Centavos (php 12,254,173.55) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Reblocking Of Calbayog – Migara Road With Exception (phase Iv), Calbayog – Barangay Migara With Project Identification No. 25cy-019. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Calbayog Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
