The Lgu-cabanatuan City, Through The General Fund Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety-nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-four Pesos And 21/100 (₱ 99,998,344.21) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Furnishing Of Labor And Materials For The Construction Of Modern 2-storey Magsaysay Public Market With Mezzanine (phase Iii). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-cabanatuan City Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Project. Completion Of The Works Must Be Accomplished Within Two Hundred Sixty (260) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Lgu-cabanatuan City And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 9:00am To 12:00noon And 1:00pm To 4:00pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 06 January 2025 From Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱ 50,000.00).
