The City Government Of Butuan, Through The Appropriations/funds/allotments Under 2024 Annual Budget-city Engineering Department: Special Purpose Appropriation-city Development Projects Through Sp Ordinance No. 7023-2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Thirty (php 234,329,191.60) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Various Rural Roads With Bridge In Butuan City With Exception (phase Iii)-(aupagan-salvacion Road And Silad-banza-bobon Road). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Butuan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Three Hundred Fifty Two (352) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
