The City Government Of Butuan, Through The Appropriations/funds And Allotments Under The City Engineering Department: Special Purpose Appropriation- Development Projects Through City Ordinance No. 7143-2024 (supplemental No. 4 S.2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 9,800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of South Market Cold Storage (phase 2).bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Butuan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy Six (76) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
