Campesao, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Installation Of 3 Distribution Transformer, Metering And Upgrade Of Single Phase Line To 3 Phase Line. Completion Of The Works Is Required Fifty Nine (59) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
