San Pablo, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Installation Of 1835.40 Ln.m. 100mm Dia. Hdpe Transmission Pipeline To Connect From Existing Concrete Reservoir To Existing Distribution Line At The Service Area And Other Works. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy Seven (77) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3.
