Sabang South Sitio Lipgutan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Road Opening Of 327.0m X 8.0m, Road Concreting Of 100.0m X 6.10m, Construction Of 2-barrel (3.04m X 1.86m Outside Dimension) X 9.0m Box Culvert With Apron And Wingwall At Both Ends And Construction Of Grouted Riprap. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy One (71) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3.
