The City Government Of Borongan, Through The Free Medicines Assistance Program Fund (general Fund) Spa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Six Hundred Six Thousand Sixty Eight Pesos (php10, 606,068.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Drugs And Medicines For Lgu-borongan City, Eastern Samar (lot 1 – Ncd). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Borongan Now Invites Bids For Amlodipine 10mg Tablet, Amlodipine 5mg Tablet, Atenolol 50mg Tablet, Etc. (please See The Office Of The Bac Secretariat For Complete List Of Items And Specifications). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
