San Antonio, Bislig City, Surigao Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Bislig City Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. 2.1 Brief Description Of Work: Structure Excavation, Gravel Fill, Backfilling Concreting Of 4 Units Concrete Pedestal And Footing, Installation Of Steel Framing For 100 Ft.
