The City’s Recreation Services Department Is Seeking Submissions From Qualified Commercial Grade Fitness Equipment Manufacturers Or Authorized Distributors For The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of New Commercial Grade For Heavy Use Fitness Equipment. The Successful Respondent Shall Supply New, Never Used Equipment That Meet The Specifications Identified In The Rfq Document On An As And When Required Basis. The Successful Respondent Shall Also Provide Dependable, Efficient Repair And Preventative Maintenance Services And Will Be Responsible For Training And Ensuring Equipment Is Ready For Use Upon Installation As Further Described In The Rfq Document. This Rfq Has Four (4) Different Parts Grouped By The Fitness Equipment Required By The City. The Parts Have Been Grouped As Follows: Part A – General Fitness Equipment Part B – Recumbent Stepper Part C - Accessible Shoulder Press Part D - Wheelchair Treadmill Respondents May Submit To A Part, Or Any Combination Of Parts Identified Above; However, Each Part Will Be Evaluated Separately. * Electronic Submissions Only.
