The Sangguinang Kabataan Of Barangay San Luis, Antipolo City Through Sk General Fund Of The 2024 Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (p 300,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under Contract # 2024-07-004: Events Management. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Sangguniang Kabataan Of Barangay San Luis Now Invites Bids For The Binibigo And Ginoong San Luis 2024. Delivery Of Goods Is Required 7 Days After The Award Of The Contract. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of The Republic Act 9184 (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act".
